A Season of Purpose Begins: Our Partnership with the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace
Every once in a while, a project comes along that reminds us why we do what we do. The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace in Southlake is one of those rare opportunities. It calls us to bring our creativity, our craftsmanship, and our conviction to something far greater than a single home. It invites us to help build hope.
This year, Semmelmann Interiors is honored to serve as one of the interior design partners for the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace in collaboration with WillowTree Custom Homes, an extraordinary builder whose heart for excellence mirrors our own. Together, we are designing and detailing every inch of this home. From the architectural construction detailing to the furnishings and finishing touches, our team is curating a space that reflects the dignity, purpose, and generosity at the core of St. Jude’s mission.
At Semmelmann Interiors, we believe beauty has a responsibility. Our work is driven by a simple idea. If we have been given the ability to create, then we are called to use that creativity for good. The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is more than a showcase. It is a movement. Five homes within the Carillon Parc development in Southlake will open their doors with one shared goal. To raise one million dollars for a foundation that refuses to let any family face childhood cancer alone. St. Jude has carried this mission for more than sixty years, fueled by the generosity and compassion of people who believe that every child deserves a fighting chance. This year, we are proud to stand among those who say yes to carrying that mission forward.
Tonight, we join WillowTree Custom Homes and the St. Jude community at the VIP kickoff, marking the beginning of a season filled with philanthropy and purpose. It is a moment we have looked forward to with excitement and gratitude. A moment that sets the tone for everything our team will pour into this home in the months ahead.
When the doors open in the spring of 2026, we want people to feel the intention behind every detail. We want them to feel the warmth of the spaces, the integrity of the craftsmanship, the joy built into rooms designed for connection, comfort, and togetherness. The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Community
The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Community has officially begun. We are excited to share that the homes will be built within the Carillon Parc neighborhood of Southlake and will be unveiled and available for sale in the spring of 2026. This Showplace Community is an extension of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, created through the generosity and collaboration of five custom home builders who have united to help raise one million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
