Designed as a California retreat with a hint of Cabo, The Modern Nomad is a warm, collected take on luxury living. From architectural and construction detailing to space planning, furnishings, textiles, styling, and installation, every layer was thoughtfully considered to create a home that feels refined yet effortless, elevated yet deeply livable.
Earthy neutrals, touches of blue, natural textures, warm woods, and sculptural forms create a cohesive story throughout the home. Individually handmade kitchen tile, detailed wood ceilings, rustic beams, custom furnishings, and tactile fabrics bring character and craftsmanship to the new construction, giving each space a sense of depth and permanence.
At the heart of the design is connection. From the intimate seating arrangement of The Parlour to the inviting Great Room, gathering spaces were designed to bring people together, while quieter rooms offer a sense of retreat. Each space has its own personality, yet every room contributes to the larger vision of a home designed around the way life is actually lived.
